We ordered two wedding rings from Janai. The customer service was excellent, and so were the quality of the rings. We had Chi who assisted us through the entire process - she really was amazing to work with, very friendly and worked with our budget. We got two engraved rings and they were so beautiful. The most exciting one we were to receive was my fiance's ring - it had 2 engravings - my chosen bible verse plus my fingerprint. We were so excited to see the end product and we really really love it. We initially had an issue with the sizing for my fiance's ring, however the owner, Tim personally called us to ensure that problem would be rectified, and it was! The ring is now a perfect fit! Thank you so much Janai (and specifically Chi and Tim) for our beautiful rings. We really can't wait to wear it!! I'll be opening the boxes every now and then between now and our wedding day to admire the rings 😁

We had an amazing experience at Janai designing my engagement ring. Rommie was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen carefully to our ideas, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel rushed. She guided us through the entire process and worked closely with us until we were able to design our own unique engagement ring that perfectly matched what we envisioned. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the experience truly special. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and the final result. My experience at Janai has been amazing. I got my engagement ring 5 years ago, just recently one of my diamonds on my band fell out, they replaced it for me and gave it a great clean for such a small price. I was so worried that I’d be paying an arm and a leg to replace the diamond and fix the ring but they really do look after their customers. Cannot recommend them enough. Amazing customer service and Tim is amazing to deal with!

Jemima and Andrew did an incredible job helping me and my now-fiancee design her incredible ring! We had the pleasure of designing our wedding bands & engagement ring with Janai. Jeseylina welcomed us from 1st design appointment, to viewing stone, all the way to pickup. Having the largest selection of coloured diamonds in Melbourne, Janai did not disappoint. We selected a gorgeous pink diamond, rather rare in marquise cut & luckily found matching rare kite cut diamond pairs as well. We are absolutely in love with them !! We went through a redesign for the rings & Jeseylina was quick to respond to our requests & even with this delay we got our rings made all within 2 months. Thank you again Janai team, the whole ring design and purchase has been a dream, we will definitely be recommending Janai to everyone. 🙏❤️

My partner and I highly recommend Janai! My partner designed my engagement ring with Tim and he had an amazing experience. The team at Janai are very knowledgeable and they take the time to go through the details with you, without being pushy. The team at Janai have great communication skills and they were always keeping my partner updated on the progress and always put our needs first, even if it meant redesigning the ring cause I am indecisive. We also went back to Janai to design our wedding bands with Jennifer and she was wonderful! I had a certain look I was after and she took the time to understand the design I wanted as I didn’t have photos for reference. She was able to provide stretches of the wedding band and made sure I was happy with all the details before putting through custom order. Thanks so much for your assistance!

I ordered my engagement ring from Janai Jewellery, and from the first online consultation, Tim was helpful and kind enough to explain everything from zero. I had no idea where to start with diamonds, but he made it easy to understand and guided me patiently through each step. When I visited the store, they even gave me a quick tour of the showroom and workshop, which made the experience feel even more personal. The process from design to pickup was smooth, and the ring turned out beautiful, even better than I imagined. My now fiancée is really happy with it.
